Jill guides you well and allows each posture to be held incorporating the breath and no rushing like other forms of yoga. Highly recommended and I'm going back for another 7 classes!"

"Jill has a great manner during her yoga classes. I found her instructions really clear but with a very soothing yoga voice! Jill's class was one of the best and probably most authentic classes I have been to, with a good balance of exercise, stretching and relaxation. I enjoyed having a slightly longer class (1.5 hours) which I think works better than the usual hour. I learnt new poses and more advanced variations than I have seen in other classes and Jill makes time to come round and correct posture which I found very helpful and valuable. Jill gives options with varying levels of difficulty/experience for all poses so I would strongly recommend Jill and her classes whether you are a beginner or looking for something more advanced."
