Single Pregnancy Yoga Class for mamas-to-be who are 35 weeks + My Pregnancy Yoga classes use Yoga poses to: ~ ease aches and pains, particularly in your shoulders, back and pelvis ~ strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles ~ promote relaxation ~ connect with your baby You'll also meet other mums-to-be and try Yoga poses and breathing techniques that can be helpful during your labour and the birth of your baby Come and try my Pregnancy Yoga class and see how it can support you through your pregnancy and motherhood journey Suitable from 12 weeks +

Cancellation Policy

YOGA: Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled 24hrs before the class begins. After this time it is not possible to offer a refund. PREGNANCY YOGA: Due to restricted class sizes, bookings are non refundable. If you are unable to make any of the block there is no facility to extend, come to another class, or receive a refund.
