My name is Jill and I love Yoga
I’m a lover of the great outdoors, I'm passionate about movement and Yoga has been part of my life for nearly 20 years.
In my early teens I was drawn to Yoga but I couldn’t find a local class that was held outside school hours. In my late teens I started attending Yoga classes and when I moved to Manchester in 2006 my love of Yoga really developed. My lunchtime Yoga classes got me away from my desk, brought more movement into my days and left me feeling relaxed, energised and stronger. My regular yoga practice has been an investment in me - it's helped me grow stronger, it's encouraged me to move more each day, and it's helped me through hectic periods in busy corporate jobs, train for sporting events, after my miscarriage, prepare for the birth of my daughter and feel like ‘me’ again after giving birth
I love that anyone can practice yoga, regardless of their gender, age, size, ability or fitness. My passion for yoga led me to train as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and Postnatal Yoga Teacher. Before, during and since my training, some of my greatest teachers have been my own injuries, challenges, pregnancy and birth

My Yoga classes and 1-1 sessions combine yoga and biomechanics, focusing on movement to improve strength, health and wellbeing, with different options for each yoga pose, to enable everyone to move in a way feels right for their body
I now enjoy bringing yoga to people across Berkshire and beyond
