These Pregnancy Yoga sessions offer a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, connect with your changing body and your baby, while meeting other mums-to-be These classes focus on movements and breathwork to ease pregnancy aches and pains, and support you during labour and birth, with movements adapted to support you through every stage of your pregnancy Benefits of Pregnancy Yoga ~Helps to reduce pregnancy aches and pains, including back pain, pelvic pain and rib pain ~Improves your mobility, strength and posture to support your changing body ~Helps you to reduce stress and anxiety through breathing and relaxation techniques ~Prepares your body for labor and birth through movement, breathwork and relaxation ~Promotes better sleep and overall well-being for you and your baby What to expect​​​ ~Supportive Pregnancy Yoga sessions designed specifically for mums to be ~Yoga poses and movement for mobility and strength, with breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to support you and your baby during your pregnancy, and to help you prepare for labor and birth ~Time to connect with your your baby and meet other mums to be What to bring ​To get the most from your Pregnancy Yoga sessions please wear layers (you may want extra layers for relaxation at the end of class - warm socks and cosy clothes are always welcome!) and bring with you: ~a Yoga mat ~a bottle of water ~a cushion or small pillow ~optional - you may want to bring a blanket with you for relaxation at the end of each class ~a birth ball (needed for one session of each Pregnancy Yoga course) *Pregnancy Yoga sessions are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy through to birth

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Summary Yoga Classes: Reschedule up to 24 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pregnancy Yoga Courses: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Restorative Yoga: Non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled. Wokingham Community Yoga: Reschedulable before class start time; non-refundable and non-transferable. 1-1 Sessions: < 2 working days’ notice: 50% fee < 1 working day’s notice or no-show: 100% fee Retreats & Workshops: Fully refunded if cancelled by Jill Elliot Yoga or if minimum numbers are not met Client cancellations are non-refundable unless the place is filled (minus admin costs) Full terms apply (see Terms & Booking Conditions for full details).
