Relaxing Restorative Yoga: Yoga poses supported by props to release tension and achieve deep relaxation. You'll experience the art of letting go and embracing stillness, and will leave feeling deeply rested and relaxed

Yoga Nidra: guided meditation will take you into a state of conscious relaxation, promoting healing and balance
Herbal tea and snacks to close
What to bring
​To get the most from this class please bring with you:

a Yoga mat

2 bed pillows
