Each session is individual to you — your history, your symptoms, your movement patterns and your aims

 

There’s no set sequence to work through, together we'll take the time to understand how your body is functioning and gently support it back towards strength, ease and confidence

What Makes These Sessions Special?

Core strength isn’t just about doing the “right” exercises — it’s about how you breathe, how you move through daily life and how supported you feel in your body

 

Restore Your Core® looks at your body as a whole system and I'll support you to rebuild function from the inside out — improving strength, stability, posture and core-pelvic coordination in a way that supports your everyday life

What to expect

We start with a conversation — about how you’re feeling, what’s been challenging and what you’d like support with

 

From there, I’ll observe how you move and breathe and we’ll work with simple, purposeful movements that help your body organise itself more effectively

You’ll be guided through practices that support:

  • deep core and pelvic floor function

  • stability and ease in everyday movement

 

And you’ll also leave with clear, manageable movements you can practise at home between your sessions — nothing overwhelming or unrealistic

Why Work With me?

Alongside many years of experience teaching Yoga and movement, I bring my own lived experience into this work

 

After the birth of my daughter I was diagnosed with a pelvic organ prolapse and my journey has reshaped how I understand bodies, recovery and what real support looks like

I know how vulnerable it can feel when your body changes in ways you didn’t expect. I also know how empowering it is to be met with understanding, patience and practical guidance rather than fear or pressure

My role isn’t to tell your body what it should be doing — it’s to help you understand what it’s doing now and how to support it moving forward

Who these sessions are for

These sessions are suitable if you:

  • are pregnant

  • are postpartum (recently or many years on)

  • are experiencing pelvic floor symptoms or prolapse

  • are experiencing back pain

  • have diastasis recti or core weakness

  • are returning to movement after injury or surgery

  • want personal, thoughtful support rather than generic classes

 

You don’t need any prior Yoga or exercise experience — just a willingness to meet your body where it is

A supportive way forward

This work is about rebuilding strength in a way that feels safe, respectful and sustainable. It’s not about “getting your body back” — it’s about learning how to live well in the body you have now
