



What to expect​​​
Each 55-minute session is tailored to you and your pregnancy
Through an in-person, interactive session, for you and your birth partner, we explore movements and positions that help your baby navigate the three levels of your pelvis:

top of your pelvis (inlet)

your mid-pelvis

bottom of your pelvis (outlet)
What to expect...​​​
You’ll learn how to use these movements both on land and in a birth pool, giving you practical tools you can take confidently into your labour and birth

In addition to movement work, sessions can include support with:​

breathing techniques for comfort and focus

ways your birth partner can help you feel supported, calm and grounded
What to bring​​​
Bring the following to your session:

a birth ball
-
a large towel
-
two pillows
These help ensure you can explore a full range of positions comfortably and safely

About me
My 1–1 Birth Preparation Sessions draw on my extensive Yoga and movement training, including the Spinning Babies® Shoulder Dystocia course, as well as years of in-depth research following the birth of my daughter in 2020. Having personally experienced a shoulder dystocia during my daughter's birth, my curiosity and passion to understand how movement can support baby’s journey through the pelvis has shaped the thoughtful, evidence-informed approach I now offer
