What to bring
To get the most from your Yoga sessions please wear layers (you may want extra layers for relaxation at the end of class - warm socks and cosy clothes are always welcome!) and bring with you:

a Yoga mat

a bottle of water

optional - any props* you like to use (e.g. bricks, blocks, strap, small pillow, towel, blanket)

optional - you may want to bring a blanket with you for relaxation at the end of class
*I have a small number of props that yogis can use - if you have your own props, please bring them with you
