I teach Movement and Yoga with a focus on how movements and poses feel rather than how they look
My classes and sessions encourage you to listen to your body, build trust in your own sensations and move in ways that support long-term strength and mobility

I draw on Yoga, natural movement, Clinical Somatics and biomechanical principles to help you move with greater ease and confidence when you're are experiencing changes in your body, including through pregnancy, birth and motherhood, or discomfort in your body, such as back pain

With over twenty years of personal practice and more than seven years of teaching experience, my approach is grounded, adaptable and shaped by a deep respect for individual bodies. I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel safe to explore movements and poses that help you live well and move well throughout your life
