What to bring
​To get the most from your Pregnancy Yoga sessions please wear layers (you may want extra layers for relaxation at the end of class - warm socks and cosy clothes are always welcome!) and bring with you:

a cushion or small pillow

optional - you may want to bring a blanket with you for relaxation at the end of each class

a birth ball (needed for one session of each Pregnancy Yoga course)
