This class is suitable if you are at least:
-
6 weeks postpartum following an uncomplicated vaginal birth; or
-
8–12 weeks postpartum following an abdominal birth (and your scar has healed); and
you have had your postnatal check or medical clearance to return to exercise by your GP or midwife


What to expect​​​
This course is about more than exercise – it’s about giving yourself time to recover, feel stronger and connect with other mums navigating the same season of life

Each 60-minute session includes:

Gentle core rehabilitation exercises

Pelvic floor awareness and strengthening
-
Breathwork to reconnect deep abdominal muscles
-
Postural support and upper body strengthening
-
Relaxation and restorative elements
-
A relaxed, baby-friendly atmosphere (feeding, cuddling and nappy changes always welcome!)
There’s no pressure for babies to be quiet or settled – this is real life with little ones
What to bring
​To get the most from these sessions please bring with you:

a Yoga mat

a blanket for your wee one

a couple of toys for your wee one

a bottle of water
