​Restore Your Core® is a gentle yet effective programme that focusses on rebuilding deep core strength, improving pelvic floor function, supporting posture (especially helpful for feeding and carrying wee ones) and easing common postnatal aches

​

And the best part? Your baby comes too

Benefits of Restore Your Core®

  • Gently reconnects you to your breath, deep core and pelvic floor

  • Supports healing and can reduce symptoms such as leaking, prolapse and abdominal separation

  • Encourages healthy posture, alignment and balanced movement patterns

  • Reduces tension in the pelvis, hips and lower back

  • Builds strength in a way that feels sustainable, supportive and kind to your body

  • Improves confidence to move, exercise and live daily life with greater ease

These classes are suitable if you are at least:

  • 6 weeks postpartum following an uncomplicated vaginal birth; or

  • 8–12 weeks postpartum following an abdominal birth (and your scar has healed).​

What to expect​​​

Restore Your Core® Foundations and Restore Your Core® Next Steps are about more than exercise – they give you

time to recover, feel stronger and connect with other mums navigating the same season of life

​

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • Gentle core rehabilitation exercises

  • Pelvic floor awareness and strengthening

  • Breathwork to reconnect deep abdominal muscles

  • Postural support and upper body strengthening

  • Relaxation and restorative elements

  • A relaxed, baby-friendly atmosphere (feeding, cuddling and nappy changes always welcome!)

 

There’s no pressure for babies to be quiet or settled – this is real life with little ones

What's the right course for me?

Restore Your Core® Foundations supports you in reconnecting with your body after birth, restoring strength and confidence, and building strong foundations.  This course is the first step in your Restore Your Core® journey.

​

Restore Your Core® Next Steps follows on from Restore Your Core® Foundations, supporting you as you grow stronger after birth.  Suitable for anyone who has joined me for Restore Your Core® Foundations or anyone who is at least four months postpartum.

What to bring

​To get the most from these sessions please bring with you:

 

  • a Yoga mat

  • a small cushion

  • a blanket for your wee one

  • a couple of toys for your wee one

  • a bottle of water
