Step into the festive season feeling calm, creative and deeply nourished. Join us for a blissful afternoon retreat combining the grounding joy of Christmas door wreath-making with the soothing stillness of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra What to expect: ~ We’ll begin by welcoming you with a comforting cup of tea, giving you time to settle into the space ~Creative Christmas wreath-making - Kendall will guide you through crafting your own beautiful Christmas door wreath using the mossing method and evergreen branches, decorated with a variety of adornments from natural pinecones, dried flowers and brightly coloured berries, as well as sparkles and sumptuous velvet ribbons. You'll also learn how to look after your wreath so it lasts the full festive season ~ Restorative Yoga - after your creative session, sink into a deeply restful Restorative Yoga practice designed to release tension, calm the nervous system and nurture your whole body ~ Yoga Nidra - the afternoon ends with a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), a transformative meditation that invites profound relaxation and renewal ~ Delicious festive snacks and drinks to nourish your body and soul We look forward to celebrating the festive season with you through creativity, movement, stillness and community £105 (early bird ticket* / £115 standard) (*early bird price available until 31st January 2026)

Cancellation Policy
Jill Elliot Yoga reserves the right to amend or cancel any retreat or dates. Changes to retreat dates will be advised before the retreat date. In the unlikely event the retreat date you have chosen is cancelled by Jill Elliot Yoga, you will be offered an alternative date. If you cannot attend this date, Jill Elliot Yoga will refund your full retreat fee. This retreat requires a minimum of ten participants to proceed. If the number of registered participants is less than ten, the retreat will be cancelled and your retreat fee will be refunded. This minimum number ensures an effective and enriching experience for everyone involved. Jill Elliot Yoga is a small business and doesn't have the capacity to carry the cost of cancellations and no-shows. In the case of a retreat cancellation by a client: No refunds unless your place can be filled (minus booking admin costs). No transfers. Thank you for your understanding.
