These Yoga sessions focus on how movement feels, rather than how it looks. You’ll explore a range of poses and functional movements designed to support joint mobility, strength and overall comfort in your body Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced Yogis who want a thoughtful, sustainable approach to Yoga Benefits of Yoga ~Improved mobility – Yoga can help to maintain and increase range of movement in your joints and muscles ~Better posture and body awareness – Yoga can enhance your awareness of how you use and move your body, supporting you in finding more ease in your body ~Improves your strength – Yoga helps you build functional strength that supports balance and everyday movement ~Reduced stress and improved wellbeing – breath awareness, relaxation techniques and mindful movement can help calm your nervous system and support your wellbeing What to expect ~a calm, supportive space where you can explore sustainable ways to feel stronger, more comfortable and at home in your body ~movement that prioritises how your body feels, with options to suit different bodies and experience levels ~breathing exercises and relaxation techniques ~time for you What to bring To get the most from your Yoga sessions please wear layers (you may want extra layers for relaxation at the end of class - warm socks and cosy clothes are always welcome!) and bring with you: ~a Yoga mat ~a bottle of water ~optional - any props* you like to use (e.g. bricks, blocks, strap, small pillow, towel, blanket) ~optional - you may want to bring a blanket with you for relaxation at the end of class *I have a small number of props that yogis can use - if you have your own props, please bring them with you

Cancellation & Refund Summary Yoga Classes: Reschedule up to 24 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pregnancy Yoga Courses: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Restorative Yoga: Non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled. Wokingham Community Yoga: Reschedulable before class start time; non-refundable and non-transferable. 1-1 Sessions: < 2 working days’ notice: 50% fee < 1 working day’s notice or no-show: 100% fee Retreats & Workshops: Fully refunded if cancelled by Jill Elliot Yoga or if minimum numbers are not met Client cancellations are non-refundable unless the place is filled (minus admin costs) Full terms apply (see Terms & Booking Conditions for full details). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
