Held four times per year, as the seasons shift, these afternoon immersions blend the deeply nourishing practices of MELT Method®, Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath Meditation, guiding you from movement into stillness, from effort into ease
What to Expect
We begin each retreat by gently unwinding, using MELT Method® techniques to hydrate connective tissue, release tension and create ease in your body. From there, you’ll enjoy Restorative Yoga - gentle movement and breath work, using lots of props to enable you to fully relax your body and mind
Each afternoon closes with a Sound Bath Meditation, a deeply restorative sound journey, guiding you into deep relaxation. As the sound waves wash over you they will gently release tension and bring you into a state of rest, creating a profound sense of calm in both mind and body
We end as all meaningful gatherings should, together. With tea. With simple nourishment. With unhurried conversation

Enjoy a nurturing sound bath meditation with Monica, using therapeutic frequencies to help you drift into stillness

An opportunity for deep rest, guided by Jill. You will enjoy gentle movement and breath work, using lots of props to enable you to fully relax your mind, body and soul

Your Hosts
Lisa
Lisa is a fully qualified MELT Method® Instructor (Level 5) based in Wokingham with over 25 years experience in the fitness industry. She is keen to help as many people as possible to lead an active and pain free life. Lisa runs over 15 classes every week with classes for all ages and abilities from beginners to advanced
Lisa prides herself on knowing all her clients individually and ensuring they have a balanced fitness approach that is right for them. She feels very fortunate to have a loyal and committed client base, many of whom have been with her for as long as she has been teaching
As a MELT Method® Instructor, Lisa is committed to working with clients who are in rehabilitation or need more guidance and takes great pleasure in watching her client's progress
Lisa is also qualified to work with ante and post natal clients and older adults. She teaches a weekly class specifically for older adults. Lisa has also gained vast knowledge about the menopause and loves helping women at this stage of their lives
Lisa has been delighted to receive the Prestige Awards for 2022 - 2025 in the fitness industry for London and the South-East

My journey into yoga began over twenty years ago and since then I’ve continuously expanded my knowledge and expertise. I’m a seasoned yoga instructor with extensive training and certifications in various yoga and movement disciplines: Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Restorative Yoga, and I’ve worked extensively with Clinical Somatics. My comprehensive background ensures that each of my Yoga Retreats is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy, movement and mindfulness
My retreats are a sanctuary where you can explore your yoga practice in a supportive and nurturing environment. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my holistic approach will guide you towards greater health, harmony, and inner peace

Hi, I’m Monica and I’m a Gong Master Practitioner and Usui & Karuna Reiki Master and Qi Gong teacher
I’m also qualified in Reiki drumming, Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls and Aura & Chakra balancing
I am passionate about sharing sound and love mixing sonic practices with energy therapies
I believe sound is transformative and can help with anxiety, insomnia and depression amongst other things
